Attention before installation:
1. Open the packing and check the product tenderly
2. If any damage, please contact your seller.
3. Do not use the defective product.
4. Installed by licensed electrician
5. Disassembly and repair is prohibited by non professional person, warranty is not offered to those products which are disassembled and repaired
Installation:
1. Make sure power is off before installation
2. Make two holes as "A" and tight with screws
3. Rotate the light to adjust the needed lighting angle
4. Connect light with LED driver.
5. Connect cable
6. Turn it on

Warranty

3-5 year warranty since the date of purchase is offered for all LED FLOOD Light .
Warranty Terms
1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product has a failure occurring under normal usage within warranty period, RYGH will provide free maintenance service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of failure product.
2. RYGH will not provide paid maintenance service under conditions within warranty.
a. Failure or damage due to force majeure.
b. Failure or damage due to transport or unloading.
c. Failure or damage due to incorrectly usage or fail to comply with the User's Guide and Caution.
d. Failure or damage due to demolition, repair, alteration without Manufacturer's authorization.
3. Please deliver the failure product by original packing for maintenance service, RYGH will not be responsible for any failure or damage in transportation if customer uses non-original packing or improper packing.
4. RYGH reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.
Caution: RYGH will not be responsible for any other failure or damage by incorrect usage.

A1:For the lights,we have 3 years warranty, some products 5 years warranty.

Q2:How do you ensure the quality?

A2: We get three QC processes:1.For raw materials;2.During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours.

Q3:How to do if any quality problems on your side in the warranty time?

A3: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us.We will replace new ones for free.

Q4:OEM OR ODM accepted?

A4:Yes,we can do OEM & ODM,logo on the light or package both are available.

Q5: How many days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?

A5: Generally 1-7 days for samples making. The leading time of mass production will depend on the quantity.
